Meeting Rooms

The Library provides meeting room space for Library sponsored and co-sponsored programs. When not being used by the Library, the meeting rooms are available for not-for-profit groups for meetings and programs of an informational, educational, cultural, or civic nature. Rooms are available Monday-Saturday after 9 a.m., and Sunday after 1:00 p.m. Meeting rooms are not available when the library is closed for holidays.

All meetings must be free and open to the public so no admission charge is permitted.

Reservations for the large and small meeting rooms are made in advance through our online reservation request program.

Please call the library at (970) 884-2222 at least three days in advance to cancel a reservation. If a group does not show up for a scheduled reservation or does not restore the room to a clean and orderly state, the Library reserves the right to withhold meeting room privileges.

Use of the meeting room does not imply endorsement, support, or co-sponsorship by the Lavenia McCoy Public Library of the activities that take place in the meeting room or of the beliefs of the groups using the meeting room. Groups or individuals using the meeting room may not imply that the event or program is sponsored, co-sponsored, or endorsed by the Library in any advertising or publicity.
